Directions

We meet in the lobby of TXRX Labs, 6501 Navigation Blvd. Parking is free, the front door is to the left of the loading docks (glass door with small orange sign).

What to bring

Feel free to bring a project or get inspiration from others! If you are a beginner and would like to borrow our starter kit, we recommend you bring a laptop.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I'm a total beginner, can I still attend?

Absolutely, many of our attendees first learned hardware by attending our meetings! Begin your journey by borrowing our starter kit, or get inspired by watching other people's projects (ask questions ❤️)

2. Is food provided?

We don't provide food, however, around 6pm many folks will visit a local restaurants for a group dinner. You're welcome to join!

3. What is the age limit for participant?

We welcome robotics enthusiasts of all ages! We recommend that parents purchase a starter kit to work together with younger children, we're happy to help parent's troublshoot as needed.

4. Can we use the equipment in the lab?

Limited tool access is available during the event. Our Event Volunteers can help complete 3d printing and laser cutting tasks for your robotics project. Visit the TXRX Labs website for more information about membership & training courses offered.
